Jacqueline Thornhill is a partner/member of Online Notary Anywhere and has been a Nevada Notary since 2001. She works as a remote online notary serving individual clients, escrow and title companies with home loan signings and title signings through the online process. Over the years, Jacqueline has completed over 1,500 online signings. She became an online Notary with the State of Nevada in 2018 and enjoys the convenience of helping clients through this medium.
In addition to her online notary work, Jacqueline also possesses a Certificate of Permission as a Marriage Officiant in the State of Nevada. She is an independent and can travel to a couple’s venue in the Las Vegas and Clark County area.
Ms. Thornhill recently retired as a financial planning and investment advisor after 24 years. She last contracted as an Investment Adviser Representative for Tuttle Wealth Management LLC, an SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm. In July 2016, she sold her practice. During her tenure, Jacqueline worked closely with clients to develop a long-term financial plan which often included working with her estate planning attorney partners to secure the estates of her clients.
Apart from being a successful businesswoman, Jacqueline has owned and operated other businesses such as retail carts at the Fremont Street Experience, Laughlin Mall, and McCarran Airport. She also owned a retail clothing store located at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino.
In terms of media accomplishments, Jacqueline hosted the WebTalkRadio.net Internet Talk Radio show, “Planning with Dollars and $ense,” which focused on financial planning and divorce analysis content from December 2010 to April 2011. She also hosted the same show on VoiceAmerica.com Internet radio from September 2010 to November 2010. Moreover, Jacqueline co-hosted “Real People Real Money” with actor Chris Rich from October 2011 to January 2012, which discussed financial, wealth management, and estate planning topics on KNUU Radio Las Vegas, NV.
Jacqueline is an accomplished educator, having taught the class “Preparation for Divorce. Avoiding Economic Disaster” three times per year at the College of Southern Nevada from 2010 through 2016.
Furthermore, Jacqueline is a 13-year member of the Rotary Club of Las Vegas where she served as President from 2019-2020. The club is the oldest and largest club in Las Vegas, celebrating its centennial year. Jacqueline has participated in Rotary’s many community service projects and considers it a blessing to give back to the community she has resided in for 31 years.
